Reservations are prioritized. Walk-ins on the day are possible, but since reserved guests take precedence, you may have to wait or may not be able to participate. We recommend making a reservation in advance.

Participants must be 4 years of age or older. Children up to elementary school age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The production time is approximately 60 minutes. After completion, please allow about 30 minutes for the candle to cool. Therefore, from the start of production to taking your candle home, please allow a total of about 90 minutes, or up to 120 minutes at most.

After the experience concludes, approximately 30 minutes of cooling time is required. During this period, you may enjoy a meal or explore American Village, and you can pick up your order later. You may take it home the same day, or pick it up the next day or later according to your schedule.

While it rarely gets very dirty, we recommend wearing clothes that can get dirty just in case. Free gloves are also available.

For ice cream, we offer 20 to 30 varieties, and for soda drinks, we can mix your preferred color. Gradient and two-tone marbled effects are also possible.

Yes. You may choose one glass from three types.

There is no limit to the number. You can simply display just one, or decorate with many for a luxurious look. For details, please check the completed gallery.

Yes, you can. For domestic flights, we strongly recommend carrying it on board. If you check it as baggage, there is a very high risk of deformation or damage due to turbulence during transport. For those planning to use international flights, we do not recommend the experience itself, as you may be refused when attempting to carry it on board.

We apologize, but we do not ship Okinawa Cream Soda Candles (resin experience kits can be shipped). This is because the ice cream portion is soft and highly susceptible to deformation or damage during shipping.

Yes, you can light it as a candle. However, be sure to place a coaster under the glass. If the ice melts, liquid may drip from the glass.

No. The glass you are using is intended for candles. After production, please refrain from emptying the contents and using it as a drinking glass.

Of course! This is Okinawa's first and Japan's first hands-on experience plan, and most participants are beginners. Even young children and adults who boast about being clumsy have successfully completed it without any issues. During the experience, our staff will carefully guide you through each step, so even first-timers can participate with confidence.

No, feel free to customize it however you like. We have many samples in the store, so please use them as a reference while incorporating your own ideas.

Yes. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations made the day before, and 100% for same-day cancellations. Please be advised in advance.

Yes, group participation is also very welcome. However, please let us know the number of people when making your reservation.

There are two coin-operated parking lots in front of the facility where the store is located. Both offer free parking for up to two hours.

Various credit cards, QR payments, and transportation IC cards can be used at our store. We are currently preparing to enable their use as payment methods on our official website as well.

As each piece is entirely handmade, the finished product will not be identical to the photos or samples. Please enjoy the unique character of handmade items, including variations in color expression and part placement. With over 230,000 possible patterns, each piece is truly one-of-a-kind.
